This made in the USA adapter allows the use of a 2006-2011 Cadilllac CTS drive by wire pedal with a LS2 or LS3 controller.  It bolts into place on the steering column flange location, and once the supplied extension is bolted onto the pedal arm it will locate your original pad in the correct spot.
