I was less than impressed with the flimsyness and difficulty of assembly of the brackets holding the Vintage Air airbox in my personal Trans Am and designed a better solution.  As you see, this is much sturdier 11 gauge steel vs. the 18 gauge VA stuff.  It also assembles much easier; you simply attach it to the VA box on your workbench then easily slide it into the firewall using the welded studs on our bracket - no threading bolts through three layers of metal nonsense like the VA unit.
